FAQ's & Information


♥Where do you take your pictures?
I take all my pictures usually around local areas. If you have an idea for a perfect area, or you are wanting it in your home I'm willing to travel depending on how far. I may add a trip fee if it's over 50 miles from my area (Centralia, WA)

♥Are there any cancellation fee's?
There are no cancellation fee's just please try to give me a 48hr notice to let me know you're canceling.

♥What if it rains?
This is WA right? We've got 2 options: Bring and umbrella and work with it! Or we'll reschedule at both of our earliest conveniences.

♥Do you print my pictures?
No, I don't. I will give you a CD with all the edited pictures on it. So that you have the freedom to choose where/when you'd like to print your pictures. Also how many, what sizes, prices ect.

♥Will my pictures on the CD have the Once Upon A Memory watermark?
No, they will not come with the Once Upon a Memory watermark. That is for internet purposes only. So that no one can claim them as their work.


♥Do I have to pay extra for my CD?
No, your CD is included in the price of your shoot.

♥How long does it take you to edit the pictures?
Depending on the type of shoot I do it will normally take me 5-7 Days.
If we did a shoot with a large amount of people, or for example a wedding it could take any where from 5-14 days.


♥What if I don't want my pictures posted on your site?
No problem at all, just let me know during our shoot, and I'll make sure not to post them.

♥I have an idea for a photo shoot I'd like to do, but it's not listed on your Prices & Descriptions?
Give me a call, or comment me. I'm open for anything, and we'll work it out with a price!


♥Can I upload the unwatermarked pictures to my Facebook/Myspace/Other?
Yes, But please just make sure to credit Once Upon A Memory somewhere!

♥I'm super nervous!?
DON'T BE! It will be so much fun! If anything I'm the nervous one because I want to make sure your pictures are PERFECT!


♥I have a zit, can I reschedule? (i.e. bruise, stretch marks, blemishes, scratch etc.)
I use Photoshop to do all my editing, so I can remove almost any thing from the pictures. No worries!!! If there is something specific you'd like me to edit, just let me know at the time of the shoot what it is, and I'll do my best to edit it properly!
